Teacher holds the highest position for students after their parents All cultures and religions preach the students are supposed to respect their teachers, and should try to learn from them not only what is in their curriculum but also the values of life. Teachers play an important role in building the personality of a stab and the relationship which they develop with them deterraines the student's academic and personal grow If we look towards our past, we can see a lot of incidents regarding the teacher student positive relat Students used to be very obedient to their teachers. They used to obey their teachers and they used to do the work which their teachers would assign them. The greatest quality among them was that they were very respectful to their teachers. During the Vedic times disciples used to wake up early in the muming and the they would regularly go to their guni's house and would touch their feet as a mark of respect and honor to their gurs. This was the story of our pust teacher- student relationship. Now if we look towards our present generation students, we are not able to see that strength in the bond of teacher and a student
A teacher-student relationship can be developed by developing a learning environment where the stude feels free to ask whatever he wants to and the teacher should respond in a manner which is under stable by student. Therefore it would not be wrong to say that the building block of a strong teacher student relationship is effective communication. The level of respect that exists between the two also has a vitalele to play in developing a positive teacher student relationship. A major hindrance to their relationship is the types of students present in a classroom. Some of the students are hard working and come to school to learn. But there are also other students who are aggressive in nature and find it difficult for themselves to concentrate on what is happening in the classroom. They continuously distract others and also spoil the learning environment of the class. In order to overcome this hindrance the teacher needs to be extremely patient. They should maintain a balance between learning and strictness as excess of any of the two could badly effect the classroom environment. It is the teacher's responsibility to monitor every stude individually so that their progress could be monitored and attention can be divided between students accordingly.
The overall size of the classroom is also vital in determining how effective a teacher-student relationship could be. The larger the size of the class, the more difficult it would for the teacher to provide individual attention to each and every student. So, school administration should make sure that class size is kept small which would allow much better learning environment for teacher student relationship to flourish. With th growing competition in society it is essential that people improve their relationship with each other Amored all these relationships teacher-student relationship is of utmost importance which needs to be looked all properly
